Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between First Consulenza AG and the customer in the version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract.

Conclusion of the Contract The presentation of products and services on our website is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order is made immediately after sending the order.

Prices and Payment All prices are final prices and include the statutory value added tax. Payment can be made in advance, by invoice, or by credit card.

Delivery Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal Customers have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
