Investor Relation's main focus is to serve as the interface between the Public Company (First Plus Financial Group) and our shareholder base. We disseminate information as it becomes available for release to shareholders and provide the shareholders with unbiased information, adhering to all SEC regulations and guidelines. Additionally we field all calls and emails in order to promise prompt and accurate responses. We attempt to diligently balance the shareholders "need to know", coupled with our responsibilities to the SEC who has strict requirements on the release of information.
